Basic Drone Flying Masterclass

Course Introduction

In the building and construction industry, drones or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) are used in different stages to capture real-time data of the project. Learn to operate a UAV safely and in compliance with regulations set out by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). As this is a beginners’ class with theoretical and practical training, no prior flying experience is required.

Overview of Drone Technology: This course introduces individuals to the world of drones, covering various types, important definitions, and a focus on multi-copter drones for modern applications.

Flight Skills and Safety: Learn how to prepare for drone flights, understand flight controls, and ensure safety throughout the flying process, including pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks.

Aerial Photography and Videography: Gain practical skills in aerial photography and videography, with a focus on camera operations, cinematic movements, and creating high-quality footage.
